Four short answer questionseach of which require a, b, and c responsesappear on the APUSH National Exam. You are permitted 40 minutes to generate answers to three of the four questions (some choice offered; see table below). Performance on the SAQ section (nine total responses) comprises 20% of your exam score.




APUSH EXAM SAQ DIRECTIONS:  Read questions carefully and write your responses in the designated (boxed) areas of the free-response answer sheet. You are not required to develop and support a thesis statement, but you must use complete sentencesoutline formats or bulleted lists without accompanying narrative are unacceptable.
